Kevin Shiflett proudly serves as our Vice President of Safety & Compliance. Kevin is high achieving with demonstrated skills in integrating Safety and Risk Management strategies, building partnerships, and developing sustainable solutions to complex Safety and Risk Management challenges. He skillfully manages KPI's and internal controls to monitor risk trends and devise forward thinking solutions to mitigate risk and improve overall company Safety Performance. He is a proactive cross functional and collaborative executive leader with skills in policy development, tactical planning and high-risk problem solving, while promoting stakeholder engagement and building consensus to drive change.
Lawrence "Larry" Vogel safeguards a culture based on the foundation of safety and compliance as the Director of Safety. Larry gives nearly two decades of safety and compliance leadership. The mission to achieve sustainable and measurable safety excellence begins with Larry's drive in championing the individual person using a refined professional development program, concise communication applications and opportunity for everyone to contribute to a process of revision. Larry states "It takes our JLE family to nurture and grow our culture".
