Our Machining & Repair Division offers the region’s most impressive and complete machining & repair operation from our brand new 80,000sf facility conveniently located in Benwood, WV.

- Intermodal Support – Our location includes barge access from the Ohio River, a full rail-spur that runs directly into the facility, and traditional OTR / truck support.

Machine Shop Capabilities
- State of the art machine shop capable of threading tubing, casing, couplings, drill pipe and other drilling components from 2 3/8” up to 20”.
- In-House quality control department capable of tracing new or recut connections back to machine and operator for traceability.
- Horizontal band saw capable of cutting 22” round bar stock and removing up to 20” damaged couplings for rethreading.
- Two oversized phosphate shower baths for faster application and to help anti-seize the new connections.
- Bucking units that accommodate all sizes from 2 3/8“ up to 20”.
- Industrial thread protector cleaner that ensures no damage ever results from contaminated thread protectors.

Inspection Services
- Pitco four-function electromagnetic inspection with repeatable detection of 5% internal flaw at 150 feet per minute.
- XPCM OD and ID cleaning machine using a 20,000 PSI pressure wash and a self-contained water reclamation system to provide a more efficient and accurate inspection by removing scale, rust and debris.
- SEA and Ultra-Violet Wet Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- Full thread gauging.
- DS-1 CAT-3 through DS-1 CAT-5 mobile inspection capabilities.
- Mobile hardbanding, hardbanding removal, BHA, CVD Inspection and field refacing.
