Production Inspection
Our 80,000 SF climate-controlled production inspection environment includes over 200’ of indoor rack space, an automated bi-directional conveyance system capable or transporting up to 20” tubulars, a four-function electromagnetic inspection that can accurately inspect up to 150’ per minute, and in-house SEA and Ultra-Violet WMPI solutions. The inspection line is supported by a 20,000 PSI waterblast cleaner for OD & ID cleaning from 2 3/8” to 20” with a self-contained water reclamation system.
